Daniel M. Mielke<\/strong> had the opportunity to present <strong>ACTRANS\u2019 vision of a resilient communication system<\/strong> addressing the specific challenges of <strong>military and civil authorities<\/strong> at the <a href=\"https:\/\/challenge.cyberagentur.de\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SPECTRA Challenge<\/a>. Together with 46 teams from 17 countries, we showcased innovative technological approaches to detect, circumvent, and counter hostile electronic warfare measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The challenge aims to promote <strong>cutting-edge technological innovation<\/strong> in the field of <strong>electronic warfare (EW)<\/strong> and is evaluated by a renowned jury of leading academics and Bundeswehr EW specialists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are very proud and grateful to have advanced to the <strong>final round<\/strong> and now have the opportunity to further develop our concept within the Moonshot Track of the challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our sincere thanks go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cyberagentur.de\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Agentur f\u00fcr Innovation in der Cybersicherheit GmbH (Cyberagentur)<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cyberinnovationhub.de\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bundeswehr Cyber Innovation Hub<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bundeswehr.de\/en\/organization\/equipment\/organization\/wiweb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">InnoLab System Soldat<\/a> for organizing this outstanding program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We look forward to the next steps \u2013 and to further advancing our <strong>moonshot concept for secure and resilient communication systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shariff shariff-align-left shariff-widget-align-left\"><ul class=\"shariff-buttons theme-round orientation-horizontal buttonsize-medium\"><li class=\"shariff-button twitter shariff-nocustomcolor\" style=\"background-color:#595959\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/share?url=https%3A%2F%2Factrans.de%2Fen%2Fresilient-communication-for-military-and-civil-authorities%2F&text=Resilient%20communication%20for%20military%20and%20civil%20authorities%20%E2%80%93%20our%20contribution%20at%20the%20SPECTRA%20Challenge\" title=\"Share on X\" aria-label=\"Share on X\" role=\"button\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"shariff-link\" style=\";
